The Director of Partner Relations is responsible for overseeing the collaboration and coordination efforts within the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to enhance outcomes for victims of child abuse. This role involves managing the MDT Coordinators, ensuring compliance with Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) protocols, and fostering partnerships with relevant stakeholders. The Director will also supervise staff, facilitate case review meetings, and organize key events to promote awareness and support for child abuse prevention and response.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors and evaluates programs to determine effectiveness against goals and objectives
• In accordance with NCA accreditation standards, perform the following responsibilities:
• Coordinate child advocacy services with participating agencies, including CPS, law enforcement, the District Attorney’s Office, medical, victim advocacy and mental health.
• Provide operational oversight to the CAC programs, including forensic interviewing, victim advocacy, and mental health services.
• Work with the Executive Director to develop, implement, and monitor on an ongoing basis an organizational and programmatic system to ensure appropriate quality control of all program activities relating to NCA Standards for the MDT.
• Assist with the coordination of the agency’s compliance with the National Children’s Alliance (NCA) program standards for on-going accreditation and quality assurance purposes.
• Identify, articulate (verbally and in writing) and implement appropriate agency/multidisciplinary team (MDT) policies, protocols and procedures related to best - practice standards
• Attend and co-lead Supervisory Sessions with partner agencies
• Act as liaison among all partner agencies and outside community agencies as needed, promoting strong effective working relationships.
• Assist with responding to community and professional inquiries as needed, providing media interviews as necessary.
• Assist and recruit additional partner agencies to promote strong, effective working relationships.
• Work with the Executive Director to gather information and complete the NCA Reaccreditation application (every five years).
• Assess training needs of MDT; is responsible for coordinating and/or conducting trainings as needed.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of department Protocol Manuals, resource materials and assist with special projects etc.
• Provide education and community awareness of GCKH through community presentations, training, tours, etc. as needed.
• Participate as a member of GCKH’s management team, attending meetings as requested by the Senior Leadership Team and always acting as a leader in agency operations.
• Write grants and track outcomes and fidelity.
• Develop, oversee and monitor data collection systems to track therapy outcomes.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate proficiency in meeting competencies required for position; able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services field, plus five years’ experience in relationship management/partner relations, funding raising, and business development is preferred; or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (or related field) with seven to ten years’ experience required.
• Minimum of three to five years supervisory experience is required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of child abuse; child protective and law enforcement investigation procedures; and the legal reporting mandates for professionals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Public speaking experience preferred.
• Experience managing people with diverse backgrounds.
• Outstanding ability to work cooperatively with service providers and partner agencies.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft® Office and database software.
