Now in its 16th year, Chocolate Fest is an annual fundraiser benefiting Gulf Coast Kid’s House. As you walk through the corridors of Cordova Mall, you fill up your “to-go” box with mouth-watering chocolate treats donated by popular local restaurants.

Pensacola Cordova Rotary presents Pancakes with Santa on Saturday, November 17th from 8-10:30 am. This event has been moved into November to offer professional photography, that guests can use for holiday cards. OUR 5th ANNUAL SPECTACLE ON WATER: DRAGON BOATING

Led by the rhythmic beat of a drum, teams of 20 synchronized paddlers, one drummer and one steersperson race 300 meters across Bayou Texar in 40-foot canoes rigged with decorative Chinese dragon heads and tails. The sport brings social groups and businesses alike down to the water to bond and compete, building a stronger sense of “team” with every stroke. From vets to newbies, anyone can have a good time – they’ve made sure there’s plenty of time to kick back (or thrown down!) between races.

Sadly, much of the conversation around the recent cases is the misconception that someone who was abused at 14 and didn’t disclose until adulthood was simply an opportunist.

Pensacola, FL – August 4th, 2017 – Fred Levin recently donated $200,000 to ensure future operations of Gulf Coast Kid’s House. This is Levin’s second large investment into GCKH, made in honor of his late wife, Marilyn Kapner Levin. In 2003, Levin donated $500,000 to purchase and name the Marilyn Kapner Levin Center for Child Advocacy and Child Abuse Prevention.
