Waiting to be a Waitress FUNDRAISER

This fundraiser is headlined by the premier of “Waiting to be a Waitress”, a one act musical comedy dinner theater written by Pensacola songwriter Ross Orenstein and California playwright Jerome Elliot Moskowitz.

This special three-night only fundraiser will be held August 25, 26, and 27 at The Gordon, 306 N. DeVilliers Street.

Gulf Coast Kid's House (GCKH) is a non-profit children's advocacy center serving Pensacola and Escambia County. As a children's advocacy center, GCKH combines all the professionals and resources needed for the intervention, investigation, and prosecution of child abuse cases in one child-friendly facility. Child victims and their families also receive mental health counseling at the center. The goal of Gulf Coast Kid's House is to form a more collaborative response to child abuse cases to improve case outcomes and minimize trauma to the children and families they serve.

Join us for a free and impactful lunch to learn about Gulf Coast Kid's House and how to support our mission.

Cordova Rotary presents, "Pancakes with Santa & Holiday Market," scheduled for Saturday, November 19, from 8AM to NOON to benefit Gulf Coast Kid's House!

Animal Tales will offer a performance at 9 AM.

Pancakes are $5, children three and under are free. Mimosas & Bloody Mary's will also be available for purchase.

East Hill Yard Sale

Gulf Coast Kid's House is hosting another East Hill Yard Sale! All proceeds benefit child victims of abuse in Escambia County. 

Vendor spots are available for a suggested donation of $25 to sell your well loved household items or business goods. Each vendor will have a parking space to set up their wares from 6am-8am on Saturday morning. Teen Challenge will collect unsold or unneeded items at the end of the event.

Board Meetings

As a contract holder with the Florida Department of Health, portions of Gulf Coast Kid’s House executive committee and board meetings are open to the public. The last 10 minutes of each meeting will be dedicated to discussing state funded programs and will be open to the public.

GCKH Board Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of month and are a hybrid of in person and zoom meetings.

Executive Committee Meetings are also held on the 4th Wednesday and are open to the public from 11:35-11:45am.
